To assure quality service, all agency staff are highly qualified for their positions and receive ongoing supervision and training. All staff undergo extensive screening prior to employment including personal interviews, reference checks, health screening, and criminal background checks.

All home health aides are fully trained and are certified by the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs. They are supervised in client homes by agency nurses.

Worker's Compensation Insurance
All personnel are covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance. This offers coverage in the event that an employee is injured on the job.

Professional Liability Insurance
The agency maintains insurance to cover operation of the agency and personnel.

Coverage is provided for your protection.

Visiting Homemaker Home Health Aide Service of Bergen County assumes responsibility for employee taxes.
The agency handles all employee payroll, social security, and state unemployment taxes. You are billed weekly for service and make the payments directly to our office; everything else is done for you.
