Professional Guidance and Support

All the Visiting Homemaker services are provided under attentive professional guidance and supervision of the agency registered nurses and program directors. They visit every client at the initiation of service to help plan the services that most appropriately meet each person’s unique needs.

The professionals are keenly attuned to the stresses and anxiety that come along with illness in the home. They are always there to provide reassurance and emotional support. They also work closely with families to help in the sometimes confusing and frustrating process of obtaining additional necessary medical and social services.

The professionals stay in close touch throughout the duration of service. They visit regularly to supervise the aides and they ensure that care continues to be appropriate even as clients’ needs change over time.
