Visiting Homemaker Home Health Aide Service of Bergen County, Inc. (VHHHAS), also known as VHSBC, employs 100 home health aides, each of whom fulfill an important role in the services provided to the community. Gail C. Ryan, Executive Director
Mrs. Ryan joined Visiting Homemaker in 2009 as executive director. She replaced Susan McGibney who lead the agency for 22 years before retiring in 2009. Mrs. Ryan is a graduate of Fulton-Montgomery Community College (AAS) and The College of St. Rose (BS) both located in the Albany, NY area. She is a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and was an HR professional for almost 25 years.

Renay Stafford, Scheduling Coordinator
A 19-year veteran at Visiting Homemaker, began her career here in 1991 as a home health aide. Two years later she was promoted to Field Supervisor and in 1995 became a Coordinator. Renay oversees our aides’ schedules and matches clients with aides. She handles clients’ questions regarding services and availability. She also works closely with social workers and nurses from referring agencies and hospitals.
